SK Investment Solutions (Pvt) Ltd was incorporated in May 2015 as a Limited Liability Company under the companies Act No. 7 of 2007. SK Investment Solutions (Pvt) is affiliated to New Dharmasiri Group by virtue of the fact that the companies are owned by the same directors. SK Investment Solutions (Pvt) Ltd has established its name as Sri Lanka’s pioneer financial and residential service while being the present market leader in that industry. SK was initially engaged in the provision of hire purchase, under the Consumer Credit Act no 29 of 1982., specifically for the acquisition of motor vehicles and subsequently ventured into the business of providing term loans and credit facilities  to selected market segments. Given its past experience SK is desirous of expanding its business operations, to encompass the provision of micro asset backed loans, and in particular, expand the provision of business loans and group loans.
